Spring has 39 crops in the catalog. Here is the community-verified ranking by profit per day, accounting for processing chains:

Tier S — Spring staples:

  1. Strawberry — 4-day regrowth, 6 harvests per season. The consensus best spring crop. Sell raw for steady income, or process into jam (Mason Jar) and juice (Keg) for higher margins. Seed cost 35g, break-even on second harvest.
  2. Cauliflower — 12-day single harvest. Highest single-sale value in spring. Recommended for the brewing route (Keg → Juice). Pairs well with quality fertilizer for osmium-grade profits.

Tier A — Strong choices:

  1. Potato — 6-day single harvest, 50g seed. Low cost, fast turnover. Ideal for early-game cash flow when you cannot afford regrowing crop seeds. Each harvest funds the next planting cycle.
  2. Rhubarb — 7-day regrowth cycle. Strong per-harvest value with good processing potential. Less popular than Strawberry but competitive in daily profit.
  3. Green Bean — 3-day regrowth, lowest seed cost among regrowers. Fast break-even, consistent income. Good filler crop.

Tier B — Situational:

  1. Turnip — 4-day single harvest, 15g seed. The cheapest crop in the game. Perfect for day-1 planting when you have almost no gold. Reinvest every 4 days to build capital.
  2. Carrot — Fast growth, low value. Good for early offerings and cooking ingredients.
  3. Tulip — Flower crop. Low direct value but can feed honey houses for spring honey.

Processing recommendations for spring:

  • Strawberry → Mason Jar (jam) for quick profit, or Keg (juice) for higher but slower returns
  • Cauliflower → Keg (juice) is the best single-processing option
  • Green Bean → Mason Jar (pickles) for fast turnaround
