Coral Island has 10 artisan processing machines. Each transforms raw materials into higher-value products. This guide lists every machine, its inputs, outputs, and profit implications.

  1. Mason Jar (jar)
  • Fruits → Jam
  • Vegetables → Pickles
  • Milk → Butter
  • Chili → Sriracha (Kiara sauce)
  • Soybeans → Fermented black beans (douchi)
  • Rice → Rice vinegar
  • Egg → Salted egg
  • Pickles → Aging Barrel → Pickled vegetables (further processing)
  • Note: The jar is the fastest processing machine and the most versatile. Every farm should have multiple jars.
  1. Keg (keg)
  • Fruits → Juice
  • Vegetables → Juice
  • Grapes → Wine
  • Rice → Sake
  • Coffee beans → Coffee
  • Green tea leaves → Green tea
  • Sugarcane → Nectar
  • Wheat → Beer
  • Note: The keg is the primary value-multiplier for crop-based income. Wine and sake have the highest base sell prices among keg products.
  1. Honey House
  • Any flower → Honey (type depends on flower used)
  • Fairy Rose → Fairy Rose honey (~500g base, ~1,100g high quality)
  • Cactus → Cactus honey (highest value honey in the game)
  • Lily → Lily honey (top summer honey)
  • Note: Honey can be further processed in the Aging Barrel into mead, which is the highest profit chain in the game.
  1. Aging Barrel
  • Wine → Aged wine (higher value)
  • Honey → Mead (significantly higher value)
  • Coffee → Aged coffee
  • Pickles → Pickled/fermented goods
  • Egg (in jar first) → Century egg (pidan)
  • Note: The aging barrel is the ultimate profit multiplier. Osmium-grade cactus mead can sell for 10,000g+ per bottle.
  1. Cheese Machine
  • Milk → Cheese
  • Sugarcane → Syrup
  • Soybeans → Tofu
  • Note: Cheese can be further aged in the Aging Barrel for additional profit. Tofu is used in cooking recipes.
  1. Dehydrator
  • Underwater forage → Dried goods
  • Fiber → Hay (animal feed)
  • Note: Primarily useful for managing underwater harvest surplus and producing animal feed.
  1. Loom
  • Cotton → Cloth
  • Note: Cloth is required for Town Rank S scenic spot construction. Essential for late-game town development.
  1. Mill
  • Amaranth → Amaranth flour
  • Wheat → Wheat flour
  • Note: Amaranth flour is required for Town Rank S scenic spots. Flour is used in cooking recipes.
  1. Oil Maker
  • Various seeds → Cooking oil
  • Note: Cooking oil is used in recipes. Lower profit priority compared to other machines.
  1. Sap Collector
  • Place on maple/pine/oak trees → Resin, syrup, turpentine
  • Note: Resin is a late-game crafting material. Collect from trees on your farm passively. Recommended to set up sap collectors early.

Profit hierarchy (highest to lowest value multiplier):

  1. Flower → Honey House → Aging Barrel (mead) — highest, especially Cactus and Fairy Rose
  2. Grape → Keg (wine) → Aging Barrel (aged wine) — second highest
  3. Crop → Keg (juice/sake/beer) — strong, accessible
  4. Crop → Mason Jar (jam/pickles) — fast turnaround, moderate multiplier
  5. Milk → Cheese Machine → Aging Barrel — solid animal product chain
  6. Crop → raw sell — lowest, baseline only

The golden rule: never sell raw crops if you have idle processing machines. Even the fastest machine (Mason Jar) increases sell value. The profit difference between raw selling and full processing chain can be 5-10x.
